Since joining Granite Elite I have received nothing but immense support from the management team whether it be trying different doors or the compassion and empathy when things haven’t gone well for myself out with work. The level of professionalism within the company is like no other, not only is everyone hard working but they are also having fun at the same time, Granite Elite in my opinion hands down is the best security company, professionalism wise; customer service wise and always going that extra mile for the client and customers.
Since joining GEL in July 2021, to say this is the best management team, I’ve working under would be an understatement well organised and caring for the staff team below them. They look after their staff in as much possible ways you can think off. While working for granite they have helped me get the hours that I have requested during my time with them with new job opportunities and roles in the company to assist with the day to day running of this great company.
I started with Granite back in 2019 as my second job it is a great team they have been building. In 2021 I took the step to join on a full-time basis when I was offered a job at a site. I took this job and since then I have been offered a supervisor role within the company it is good to get recognised for the work you put in.
